- Centre Introduction NTUHEF is located in Ren'ai Township, Nantou County, ranging between 900 m and 2,700 m altitude, which includes sub-tropical climate, temperate climate and subarctic climate. NTUHEF welcomes students and researchers from National Taiwan University and other institutes to do practical training and research. NTUHEF has also been dedicated to be an example of sustainable highland farming as well as the preservation of aboriginal culture.。To trigger the reflection about slopeland overuse and environmental disruption, we ‘ve been promoting environmental education since 1998. By holding eco-tours about sustainable farming and forest ecology, we convey the idea of conservation.
