- Centre Introduction Due to its low-lying terrain and proximity to streams, Dapi Township in Yunlin County has a high potential for flooding, with historical records showing floodwaters reaching depths of up to 2 feet. In order to improve the flood situation, the Fifth River Management Office constructed the Dapi Pumping Station in 2013, which has become an important disaster prevention facility for the Yunlin-Chiayi region.
